Autoresponders for Unlimited Automatic Follow Up

We have designed WebSoft Mailer with the goal of simplifying email marketing while at the same time improving your email marketing effectiveness. Our goal has been achieved by allowing you to setup automated tasks & actions based on subscriber actions.

	Automated Triggers & Subscriber Actions Subscriber actions allow you to set certain things to happen when a subscription or un subscription occurs, a link is clicked, a campaign read, etc… You can setup subscriber actions to update subscriber info, perform subscription tasks, send campaigns, and more! Each set of actions can be for any campaigns in a specific list or just for a specific campaign in a specific list.

	Auto Responders Setup any number of auto responders. Have certain mailings be sent after a subscriber subscribes and then additional campaigns at timed intervals (such as 24 hours later, 2 months after that, etc..) Even target these mailings to certain demographics or subscriber details.

	Date Based Campaigns (e.g Birthday Emails) While WebSoft Mailer can send scheduled and recurring campaigns we also have an optional add-on that allows you to send campaigns based on a subscription field. This makes this optional add-on perfect for campaigns about Birthdays, contract renewals, newsletter loyalty campaigns, and so much more.

	RSS Based Emails You can easily add any number of RSS feeds to any campaign type providing dynamic and instant content. Taking this one step further is our EmailCheck optional add-on. This add-on provides a new campaign type that will send the campaign when new posts/items are available in your RSS feed. This is great for automatically sending out site news, blog updates, etc.. And your subscribers will only be sent updates when there is new content to view!
